Code of Conduct

The French version of these Terms is the legally binding version. This English translation is provided for convenience only.

This Code of Conduct applies to all Students enrolled with Afterschoool. Adherence to this Code is a condition of participation and is essential to maintaining a productive and respectful learning environment for all members of the group.

Article 1 — Attendance and Punctuality

The Student commits to attending all sessions for which they are enrolled.
In the event of an absence, the Client will notify the Company as soon as possible.
Any unannounced lateness of more than 10 minutes may result in the Student being refused entry to the session in progress.
Repeated unjustified absences may result in termination of the enrolment without refund.

Article 2 — Behaviour

The Student maintains respectful behaviour towards teachers and all other members of the group at all times.
Any disruptive, disrespectful or otherwise inappropriate behaviour may result in a formal warning, followed by permanent exclusion without refund.
The use of mobile phones during sessions is not permitted unless expressly authorised by the teacher.

Article 3 — Materials

The Student is expected to arrive at each session with the necessary materials (notebook, pens, calculator where required). The Company accepts no liability for personal belongings forgotten or lost on the premises.
